Alma Infectious Disease was founded to provide expert, compassionate care during the often-overlooked transition between hospital and home. We specialize in infectious disease consultation that bridges gaps in continuity of care - supporting patients recovering from serious infections, managing IV antibiotic therapy, and requiring close follow-up after hospitalization. Our goal is to optimize recovery, reduce complications, and help prevent avoidable rehospitalizations through timely, coordinated outpatient care.

Care is provided by two board-certified infectious disease specialists, Dr. Parham Ayazi and Dr. Yumi Oh, who bring years of clinical and hospital experience to ensure each patient receives thoughtful, evidence-based care.

In addition to our core consultation services, we proudly offer a Travel Medicine, including yellow fever certification and destination-specific health guidance.
